Hello there! I’m Baby Martha and I solely run Baby Martha Crafts. Everything you see tagged with my personal tags (see the Links) was made with my own hands.

I’ve been crocheting since October 2010 and absolutely love it. I prefer to do smaller projects as I don’t have a great deal of patience for larger projects. However, that doesn’t mean I rush anything I work on. I take my time so that the piece comes out looking its best.

I’ve been making jewelry since May 2012 and I quite enjoy that too. My favorite pieces to create are necklaces that incorporate a crocheted piece.


Why Baby Martha?

My aunt Peggy’s best friend Tara worked at JoAnn’s for a while and is the most crafty. Because of her crafty-ness, and the fact that she dressed up as prisoner Martha Stewart for Halloween one year, she was given the nickname Martha by fellow co-workers.

My senior year of high school, I started crafting and was given, by the Original Martha and Aunt Peggy (whom Martha and I call Mother Martha because we often have to ask permission to do certain things since our judgement is never as reliable as Mother Martha’s), the nickname Baby Martha because I am the youngest of the crafty Marthas.
